Q: Why should I give to the Annual Fund?

Your gift enables our students to reach their fullest potential academically, athletically, artistically and spiritually. Each gift made by our parents, alumni, grandparents and friends demonstrates their support and "vote of confidence" in the mission of Evergreen.

Q: Where exactly is my money going?

All Annual Fund money goes directly where the donor indicates. There are several designated budget funds: Employee Appreciation, Fine Arts, School-level enrichment, Tuition Assistance, or the gift can be given as undesignated and where it is most needed.

Q: Why ask for donations in addition to tuition?

Tuition and fees do not cover the true cost of an Evergreen Christian education. Annual Giving is vitally important as it helps close the gap between tuition and the real cost of educating a student at Evergreen.

q: how much should we give?

Our prayer is that parents, grandparents and alumni would consider giving to Evergreen as a priority. Every single gift, regardless of the amount, is deeply appreciated.

Q: What are the levels of giving?

  • Peace ($10,001 or more)

  • Joy ($5,001 to $10,000)

  • Kindness ($2,001 to $5,000)

  • Goodness ($1,201 to $2,000)

  • Faith ($901 to $1,200)

  • Love ($601 to $900)

  • Hope ($301 to $600)

  • Inspiration (up to $300)
